A lot of red flags
Worth stopping and looking properly
The result shows a lot of habits doing real damage. Before you read on, one thing plainly: this test does not conclude that you are a bad person, and you should not conclude it either. The score reflects reactions you have learned, usually from things that happened well before this relationship. But it also means the person beside you is having a hard time, and that deserves to be looked at squarely.
Where you are strong
- You were honest enough to answer truthfully, which is not easy
- You are looking into yourself rather than assigning blame
- Not one of these habits is unfixable
- People change heavier patterns than this all the time
Worth watching
- The habits may be reinforcing one another into a loop
- The risk of reading this and turning it into self-blame rather than change
- Reading it, feeling bad, and doing nothing — the most common ending
Putting it to use
At this level, doing it alone is usually not enough, and that is ordinary. A therapist or counsellor will help far more than any quiz, this one included — not because something is wrong with you, but because repeating patterns are very hard to see from inside. If you are not ready for that, start with one thing: when you feel a wounding sentence coming, stop and leave the room. That alone changes a great deal.
Under pressure
The most important thing again: if there is violence, threats, control over money or being cut off from people close to you — from either side — that is not a matter of habits. Talk to someone you trust or a support organisation, not to a quiz.
And you?

This is a mirror, not a diagnosis of you or of your relationship. A high score does not mean you are a bad person — it means some of your habits are doing damage, and habits can change. One thing said plainly: if there is violence, threats, financial control or being cut off from the people close to you, that is not a matter of habits and no quiz is the right tool for it — please talk to someone you trust or a support organisation.
