What this measures
Four personality styles rendered as colours: Red decisive, Yellow outgoing, Green accommodating, Blue careful. It uses forced choice, so the result is the proportion you lean toward each.
Worth saying plainly
A light tool for starting a conversation about how people differ, not a measurement. Its virtue is that it is quick and memorable; its limit is that four colours is far too few to describe a person.
A tool for reflection and for having language to describe yourself — not a validated measure.

Common questions
- Is the colour test just DISC renamed?
- The two often get conflated, but this one works differently: you pick one option of four rather than rating each statement. That measures relative preference, so your result here can differ from your own DISC.
- Can I be a pure single colour?
- Almost nobody is. The proportions across the four columns say more than whichever colour comes top.
