I am drawn to the tools and methods that help a person trust themselves more. My day job is in learning and talent development, so I spend a lot of time on one question: what actually makes someone change?

The answer I have found so far is that people change when they see themselves more clearly — and no single lens is enough for that. So Thấu Mình sets several side by side: models with a footing in psychological research, like DISC and Jungian typology, alongside older symbolic systems with a spiritual flavour, like numerology, tarot and the zodiac.

I do not think all of these carry equal scientific weight, and this site does not claim they do. What I believe is that each one asks you a different set of questions about yourself — and the questions are the useful part, not the label they hang on you.

A few principles behind this site

Say so when it is uncertain. Born near Tet and the site tells you it cannot be sure which animal sign, rather than guessing for neatness.
Show the working. Every numerology figure comes with the arithmetic so you can check it.
No labelling. If a test result sits near the middle, the site says so instead of handing you a flattering name.
No data collection. Your name, birth date and tarot question are handled in your browser and go nowhere.
Not professional advice. This is a place for reflection, not a substitute for a doctor, a therapist or a financial adviser.
